1. Delivery Area
We currently provide delivery services within Australia only and do not support delivery to locations outside Australia at this time.

2. Fee Information
The order total includes the product price and shipping cost.
All applicable charges, including customs duties and Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST, 10%), are already included in the product price. No hidden fees are required.
Shipping fee rules are as follows:

Order total A$0.01 – A$79.99: Shipping fee A$9.99

Order total A$80 and above: Free shipping
3. Order Processing Time

Order Cut-off Time: Business hours are CET 8:00 – 18:00

Orders paid before 18:00 are processed starting the same day

Orders paid after 18:00 will be processed starting the next business day

If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next working day

Dispatch Preparation Time: 1–3 business days
This includes order confirmation, information verification, warehouse picking, quality inspection, and packaging. -
Transit Time: After dispatch, delivery is estimated at 6-10 business days, depending on location and logistics conditions.

Based on the delivery destination and actual circumstances, we select reliable logistics services. Common carriers include DHL, UPS, and FedEx, ensuring stable and secure transportation.
5. Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment invoice, and carrier information.
You may visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your email address or phone number used for the order, along with the corresponding order number, to check the order status.
6. Receipt and Inspection
