Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or already shipped cannot be cancelled directly. You may contact us to request a return and refund after the product has been delivered;

II. Order Cancellation Process

Please contact our customer service team via email or telephone to request order cancellation and provide relevant information such as the order number and proof of payment;

Our customer service team will process your cancellation request within 1–3 business days and inform you of the outcome through your contact details, while arranging a refund where applicable.
III. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment card used for the purchase (Visa or MasterCard).
Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, refunds are expected to be credited within 3–7 business days.
