1. Refund Conditions
You may apply for a refund if any of the following conditions are met:

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment card used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard).
Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, refunds are expected to be credited within 3–7 business days.
