Return Exchange Eligibility

1. Return   Exchange Eligibility

You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt. Eligible reasons include, but are not limited to:

  • The product has quality issues or functional defects

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • The received item does not match the order description

  • The product has obvious workmanship defects

  • Missing accessories or incorrect items received

  • The product cannot be properly installed or used

  • Other reasonable situations confirmed by customer service

You may also request a no-reason return or exchange.


2. Return   Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via email or phone to request a return or exchange, and provide the order number, proof of payment, reason for return or exchange, and relevant photos or videos.

  2. Our customer service team will review your request within 1–3 business days. If approved, we will notify you and provide the return address.

  3. Please send the item back to the designated return address and wait for us to receive it.

  4. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item immediately. If the inspection confirms the reported issue, we will arrange a refund or ship a replacement.


3. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment card used for the order (Visa, MasterCard).
Depending on your bank’s processing time, refunds are expected to be completed within 3–7 business days.
If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact us for assistance.

4. Replacement Shipping

Replacement items will be shipped in accordance with our shipping and delivery rules.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing the order number, carrier details, and tracking information.
You can also visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your email address or phone number along with the order number to check the order status.


5. Fee Policy

  • Return shipping costs for no-reason returns are borne by the buyer

  • Return shipping costs due to product quality issues are covered by us

  • Shipping costs for replacement items are covered by us

  • Except for return shipping on no-reason returns, no additional return or exchange fees or handling charges will be applied


6. Disclaimer

  • We make every effort to inspect products before shipment to minimize after-sales issues

  • If issues arise due to logistics or other uncontrollable factors, we will actively assist in coordinating with the carrier

  • During the return and exchange process, protecting consumer rights is our top priority
